Eyes are a bit narrowed, teeth biting on one side of the bottom lip while the rest is free and almost pouty. This can be used in multiple ways. Recently it has been used with the phrase "sheesh" alongside it to signal someone being cool or too harsh or ice cold. But it can also signal that something wants to be said but they can't.
